When we have agreed to your booking a invoice will be sent to you by email. It is the clients responsibility to make sure all details are correct like the date, time and event location is correct. A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking and this is non-refundable. Once paid a confirmation email will be sent confirming your booking details. The remainder of the balance for your event is due 7 days before your event.
You can cancel up to 2 weeks before the event you will be refunded any balance you have paid excluding your non refundable deposit of £100
Access to the venue is required minimum of 3 hours before event is due to start . It is the clients responsibility to ensure they have prior agreement with the venue for access times .And if there are flight of stairs at the venue there would be additional charge of £30 which would have to be paid with the balance .
If for any reason we experience technical problems with our equipment, we would ensure to get the problem fixed as soon as possible and during the fix we would not operate any equipment until the problem is fixed. Any time lost due to technical issues would be compensated by adding the time lost at the end of the hire.
Children are encouraged to use our photo booths and Mirrors however children under the age of 12 are expected to be accompanied by an adult . Your Party Booth are not responsible for supervising children. And if any props are damaged or stolen during the booking for the event , liability will be placed with the client who made the booking and a charge of £40 would incur to replace damaged or missing props.
